How to Make Strawberry Banana Yogurt Smoothie

Prepare Ingredients: Peel the bananas and slice them into 1-inch (2.5 cm) rounds. Arrange on a baking sheet and freeze until solid. Hull the strawberries and measure all remaining ingredients.

Blend Smoothie: In a high-speed blender, combine the strawberries, frozen banana slices, and Greek yogurt. Blend on high until smooth and creamy, about 30–60 seconds.
Tip: For a thicker smoothie, use frozen strawberries and banana—no ice needed.

Taste and Adjust: Taste for sweetness. Add more strawberries or bananas if desired. If too thick, blend in about 1/4 cup (60 g) crushed ice.

Serve: Pour into two glasses, about 16 oz (475 ml) each, and serve immediately for the best creamy texture and fresh flavor. Use chilled glasses to keep the smoothie cool longer—especially on hot days.
Garnish with a slice of banana, strawberry, or a sprig of mint for a fresh touch.
