- 1 cup (30g) fresh baby spinach
- 1/2 cup (65g) about 15 kalamata olives (black olives), pitted and whole
- 1/2 cup (120g) cooked garbanzo beans (chickpeas)
- 1/3 cup (65g) freshly crumbled feta cheese, more to preference
- 1/3 cup (50g) diced small red onions
- 2 tablespoons (30ml) fresh squeezed lemon juice, to taste
- 1 tablespoon (4g) chopped fresh parsley
- 1/2 cup (75g) halved fresh cherry or grape tomatoes
- Salt and four-blend ground pepper or black pepper, to taste

How to Make Warm Mediterranean Orzo Pasta Salad
