- 1/3 cup ( 3 fl.oz./90ml) freshly squeezed mandarins, Satsuma or orange juice (see notes)
- 1/3 cup (2 oz /55g) fresh strawberries, hulled and quartered
- 1-2 teaspoons (5-10ml) raw pure honey or maple syrup, to taste
- 1 tablespoons (15ml) thick, high-quality balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 cup (1 fl.oz /60ml) avocado oil
- Dash (0.3g) of kosher or pink salt, to taste (about 2 twists)
- Dash (0.3g) of ground pepper, to taste (about 3 twists)

How To Make Strawberry Citrus Vinaigrette
Prepare the Fruits: Wash the strawberries thoroughly and pat them dry. Remove the green tops and cut them into quarters. Squeeze the juice from the mandarins or satsumas citrus.
Fruits Tip: Choose sweet varieties like Satsumas, Clementines, mandarins, Newhall Navel, or Cara Cara oranges for dressings, as some citrus fruits can be bitter rather than sweet. (see notes below)
