- 3 tablespoons (9g) fresh parsley, chopped and whole leaves for garnish
- 1-2 tablespoons (15-30ml) extra virgin olive oil for drizzling, to taste
- 2 tablespoons (30ml) fresh-squeezed lemon juice, about 1 medium lemon, to taste
- Salt and ground black pepper, to taste
